How do I add Add-Ons to my pledge?
- Choose your pledge (1 Euro, 17 Euros, or 24 Euros from the right column of the campaign page)
- If you choose the 5th Expansion Pledge, you will see shipping fees automatically added
- Starting from the cost that you now see in your pledge amount box, you can add manually the cost of each single Add-On and their shipping fees. (All the separate costs for Add-Ons are listed in the campaign page)
- When you confirm, in the next recap page you will see the shipping costs (0 euros for the base pledge, 7 euros for the expansion), and then a separate amount with the sum of: the pledge cost + Add-On costs + Add-On shipping fees

If I choose the 1 Euro pledge and then I buy any purchasable Add-On, how much should I pay?
If you buy any Add-Ons that is not free, you should pledge the total cost of that Add-On + its shipping fees. You do not add the 1 Euro. (for example, if you are an original backer and you choose the base pledge to get new wheels, drops, and a set of new machineries, the total cost will be 2 Euros, not 3)

Why did you add more machineries to buy? Were the original ones not enough?
The amount of machineries in the core game box is enough to play a game of Barrage, but, as many backers pointed out, you could waste time in exchanging denominations. That is why we added the possibility to buy an additional set of value-1 machineries.

Why did you add the possibility to buy metal coins?
There are two main reasons for that: 1. A lot of backers who missed the KS Exclusive Box in the first campaign would be happy to play with metal coins and now they have the chance to buy them. 2. As said for machineries, you could waste time in exchanging denominations during the game, and we wanted to make this easier for you.

Is there a possibility to buy the core game and/or expansion during this campaign?
Unfortunately no. We needed to keep this campaign quick and easy to manage. Anyway don’t worry, the core game and expansion will soon be available in retail in many languages!

Yes, there will be. We suggest you add the cost of the Add-Ons now (if you already know what you need) because it will help us keep an eye on quantities and manage the production better. Thank you

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
